NEW Pre-Lube Coater for Aluminum Fin Stock
CMS introduces the High Speed Pre-Lube Coater for applying synthetic lube on both sides of aluminum fin stock.
The coater can be fitted with hot wax capabilities as shown for applying Kosher waxes to aluminum for food trays and pans.
The CMS Hot Wax roll coater is based on the CM-203 design platform which incorporates a doouble shelled chrome applicator roll and heated supply pan. Models are available for narrow web applications as well as wide high speed applications. CMS also provides pre and post heat rolls for dry wax applications as well as chill rolls for setting the wax.
